About

Durable value in volatile times.

Flyleaf invests in and grows lower-middle market owner-operated companies, building outsized value for investors and lasting legacies for founders.

Lasting value for investors

Flyleaf Capital creates durable low-correlation returns for our investors by unlocking untapped value in owner-operated companies across Texas.

We deploy majority equity, structured equity and private credit on a deal-by-deal basis to ensure deep alignment between investors, sellers, and Flyleaf.

Our investments offer opportunities for current income while preserving long-term upside potential through organic growth, consolidation, and strategic opportunities for multiple arbitrage.

Lasting legacies for founders

Flyleaf partners with owner-operators to provide them with the liquidity they seek while positioning the companies they've built for future growth.

From facilitating a transition or succession to providing flexible expansion capital, Flyleaf utilizes a variety of investment structures to ensure seller alignment, operational continuity and upside potential.

We are not a private equity fund. We raise capital on a deal-by-deal basis, selecting investors that are strategic to each business we acquire or invest in. This enables us to offer deal structures that work for sellers and appropriately value the companies they've worked hard to build.
